By accessing or using MindPad ("the Service"), operated by WhileSmart ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
MindPad is a personal knowledge management application that allows users to capture, organize, and collaborate on notes, ideas, links, quotes, and other content. The Service includes web and mobile applications.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WhileSmart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
